Phillip Joe

Phillip Joe is Director of Design Systems at Lloyds Banking Group, where he leads a dedicated and impassioned team of researchers, designers and prototypers – working towards prosperous outcomes for people, communities and organisations. Prior to his current role, he spent 10 years at Microsoft, where he worked in the Windows product group for emerging markets and Microsoft Consulting where he was the global lead for design, working with customers across a range of industries and regions. Prior to Microsoft, he was European Head of Interaction Design for the design firm IDEO.
